I am a systems architect and leadership theorist working at the intersection of nervous system science, relational intelligence, and organizational design. I specialize in synthesizing complex, intersectional frameworks into clear theories of action that target the invisible structures underneath organizational dynamics, and delivering transformational interventions that are actionable Monday morning.

I am the creator behind the Trauma-Informed Leadership System, Protection Patterns, Conscious Pauses, the Regulation Ripple Effect, and Institutionalizing Humanity frameworks. My human-first, trauma-informed methodologies have reached thousands of leaders in public health, government, healthcare, and education.

I also wrote a book disrupting the 50B self-help industry and am the founder and Managing Director of The Center for Conscious Leadership.
