I am a PCC-certified Executive Leadership Coach with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in state, federal, and non-profit organizations. My expertise spans leadership coaching, facilitation, organizational development, education policy, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). As the Founder and Principal Coach of Miceli Leadership Coaching, I provide one-on-one and group coaching to federal Senior Executive Service (SES) members, mid-level managers, emerging leaders, and university students, guiding them through transformational leadership development.

My background includes extensive experience in leading organizational change, facilitating strategic planning, and developing initiatives to support diverse populations. I bring a wealth of knowledge from my roles in various educational and governmental institutions, where I have successfully managed large-scale assessments, secured federal grants, and provided coaching and development support to leaders at all levels. Additionally, as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership, I support the learning and development of executive leadership coaches, ensuring they meet ICF PCC standards.
